As a girl full of adventure and passion, I have truly developed a love for applying eyelash extensions. After being a client/lash addict for a couple of years, I dreamed one day of offering my own clients an amazing experience with the safe and sanitary application of my craft.
I have completed my training through Xtreme Lashes as well as Novalash, which has allowed me the ability to customize any look of lashes for any occasion while continuously expanding my knowledge in the industry. In 2010 I obtained a Dental Hygiene and Health Science degree at NHTI where I met my handsome husband, Ben. We opened a gym in Rochester, where I became a coach and trainer. In September I became a first time mom to my daughter, Nona. I love spending free time with my family, traveling anywhere with a beach, and loving on my sweet little dog, Oscar.

Classic Lashes
One lash extension is applied to one natural lash. This set is best for women who want a noticeable mascara look. This application is customizable to be as natural or dramatic as you want!
Lash Lift
Using your own beautiful natural lashes, a solution is applied which curls your lashes for 6-8 weeks. Say goodbye to your eyelash curler!
Volume Lashes
Volume lashes are just like their name, volume baby! Two to six fine lash extensions are applied to one natural lash. The lash extensions are lightweight to maintain the integrity of the natural lash while still providing a voluminous effect. This is a set for women who want the WOW factor of a fluffy yet dense lash line. The volume sets are also customizable to each individuals' preference.
London Volume
These lashes are sure to get noticed when you walk into a room. London Volume lash extensions are bigger, bolder more fabulous lashes that give you a dramatic, eyeliner and mascara look that work for everyday as well as a night out on the town!

POLICIES
ARRIVAL
Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.
SICKNESS & FAMILY EMERGENCY
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.
CANCELLATIONS
Please give your technician at least 24 hours notice for canceled services. Text, Facebook email or voice messages are acceptable. If you "no show" or less than 24 hours notice is given, a 50% cancellation fee will be imposed for that missed service and must be paid before receiving any other services at Polished.
TARDINESS
I understand that tardiness is at times unavoidable, and scheduling adjustments are sometimes necessary. If tardiness is within a reasonable time frame I would be happy to continue service. Out of respect for the next client, I will have to finish at the designated time and the guest will be charged the full amount.
OTHER ARTISTS' WORK
If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, certifications and state board regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained and my priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus, if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed.
AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS
Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $10 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointment.
REFUND POLICY
You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
